Privacy Policy

Tungsten Skylark makes small software for Apple platforms. This policy covers our website and the apps in our family (currently ColourPicker and Countdown). The short version: we collect no personal data, and we run no tracking of any kind.

This website

• The site is a small collection of static files. It sets no cookies, has no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers — and it never phones home.
• If you choose a theme or appearance on this site, that preference is stored in your own browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent anywhere.

Our apps

• No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising in any of our apps, now or at launch.
• App data (palettes in ColourPicker; timers in Countdown) is stored locally on your device. Where a feature uses Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) sync, data is stored in your private iCloud container, encrypted by Apple, and is only ever visible to you and your own devices. We cannot see it, and we do not.
• We never sell, share, or process personal data for any purpose.

Your rights, practically speaking

Because we hold nothing, there is nothing to request, delete, or export from us. Anything an app stores for you lives on your devices or in your own iCloud account, and you can clear it at any time from the app or from Settings → Apple Account → iCloud.
